For our lovely friends and family who may have some questions, please check out our Q&A first as hopefully we've answered these below!
We'd love to know as soon as possible ideally if you can make it or not so we can plan accordingly, but ask that you kindly let us know no later than 10 January 2025.
As it is a destination wedding, we have a strict capacity limit. Please check your invitation for details as it will be addressed to you both if an invitation has been extended to a plus one.
Semi Formal. Smart and elegant, yet comfortable!
For those who want to wear heels, we advise not to wear stilettos (unless you have heel protectors) as its in the rural countryside with uneven floor and grass (although its never stopped Lauren before...). Wedges or block heels might be more comfortable. If you want to bring some flats to change into in the evening, we will provide a space to store these safely on site!
The ceremony will be indoors in a church, reception and everything else will be outdoors. Fear not as we have a plan B and some cover should the heavens bless us, but do advise bringing a cardigan or shawl for the evening as, while still warm, the temperature can cool in the evenings at this time of year.
We would absolutely love for you to take photos / videos and share them to our folder here. However, we ask you kindly to turn off phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself - afterwards, totally fine!
Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our family and friends’ children, due to number constraints, we are only able to accommodate the children of the wedding party - Sophia, our bridesmaid and John, our page boy. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us.
